Promoting sustainability has always been a core value of Morning Light Kombucha. We promote the reduction of waste in all aspects of our company. We compost all of the compostable waste used in the production of our kombucha, we use energy efficient brewing equipment, as well as promote reuse of materials, by offering our kombucha in refillable glass bottles. And last year, we added compostable cups, lids and straws as one of our serving options!
We work with local organic farmers to source the majority of our ingredients locally, but also use store bought organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, and juices to fill in the gaps, as necessary.
We are always asking ourselves, “How can we make our product more sustainable?” We will continue working towards providing a product that is not only healthy for consumers but also eco-friendly.
